Terms and Conditions

1. Reservations and Deposits

All reservations require a deposit to confirm booking. The deposit amount varies based on the vehicle type and duration of service. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the specified cancellation window.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

3. Payment

Backstage Limousine accepts all major credit cards, cash, and Affirm financing. Full payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. All prices are inclusive of gratuity and taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the client. Backstage Limousine reserves the right to terminate service without refund if passengers engage in illegal activity or cause damage to the vehicle.

5. Alcohol Policy

Alcohol consumption is permitted only by passengers of legal drinking age (21+). Backstage Limousine is not responsible for the actions of intoxicated passengers. Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.

6. Overtime

If service extends beyond the reserved time, overtime charges will apply at the hourly rate agreed upon at booking. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments.

7. Liability

Backstage Limousine is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items left in our vehicles.
